Gosling joins the Association from <strong>Dyson<\/strong>, where he spent the last 14 years in various technical and engineering roles, with the most recent being principal standards and external affairs manager.<\/p>\n<p>He brings to Amdea a<strong> strong working knowledge<\/strong> of the organisation, having been an active member of both the association and APPLiA while at Dyson. Gosling will be setting the strategy and delivery plan for all Amdea\u2019s technical, regulatory and standards work and leading the team delivering core services and value.<\/p>\n<p>In the new position Rob Gosling works closely with <strong>Richard Hughes<\/strong>, Amdea\u2019s current technical manager, who is retiring in July, to ensure a smooth transition. \u00abI firmly believe that Rob\u2019s permanent addition to our team &#8211; <strong>Paul Hide, Amdea ceo<\/strong> said \u2013 will help us continue the excellent progress we have made over the past year.
