The \u201cTop Employer\u201d certification is granted to companies achieving the highest standards in human resources management. The recognition has been assigned to Whirlpool for its commitment to shaping strategic and thoughtful workplace programs. Moreover, the company in 2020 focused on wellbeing as a core priority, activating multiple surveys throughout the year to collect suggestions on employees\u2019 needs, creating ad-hoc webinars &amp; training sessions on various topics such as: managing teams, resilience, change and managing stress and parenting during Covid-19.
