Among the induction hobs of the Gaggenau range, Full Surface Induction offers the freedom of cook on the whole surface with precision and the help of many forefront functions. The model of the series can be fitted flush or on the worktop and offer a space of 3200 cm2 or 2750 cm2 upon which to place up to six or five pans or a Teppan Yaki accessory. The big advantage, in fact, is that there is no separate cooking zone: it is a 90 or 80 cm of limitless space. Users can move the pans around and the timer and setting will follow them. The Full surface induction’s large TFT touch display is intuitive and features 17 power levels, the timers and even compatible hood settings using its home connect capabilities.The CX492100 model of the 400 series (in the picture) is a frameless full surface induction hob with width of 90 cm. On its one single big cooking surface, pans can be positioned everywhere, allowing the use of all sizes and formats of cookware. Thanks to the cooking sensor function temperature in the pots is always under control. Among the options for cooking, we can mention: the dynamic cooking function, the Teppan Yaki function, the Booster function for pots and for pans and the Keep warm function. Other plusses are: individual pot detection, cooking timer for each cooking position, stopwatch, short-term timer, information key with use indications, power management, cooktop-based ventilation control (with suitable hood), integrated WiFi module for digital services (Home Connect).
